We use reputable commercial sources to process orders.  Our secure website uses Cybersource software with credit clearance provided by Bank of America and site security by Authorize.net.  You will be asked for you name, mailing address on you credit card, mailing address to which the product is to be shipped (which must be the same as on your credit card) email address, daytime telephone number, credit card number and expiration date.  NOVA SCIENCE does not maintain a file of credit card numbers or expiration dates.  The only information we obtain and keep for our records is your name, mailing address, telephone number, email address, and the date your order was shipped. This information is used to process your order and provide you with information regarding product updates or product improvements. Our 24-hour telephone hotline maintains the same information. 

Cybersoruce and Bank of America have been requested not to keep a permanent record of our transactions with our customers.  NOVA SCIENCE will not sell or share any of your confidential information with any outside marketing, research or other company, or governments entity.
